- For air tickets and additional services: Customers must register invoice information within 24 hours of successful payment. The invoice issuance time for air tickets and additional services is within 05 days from the date of successful issuance of transportation documents and the customer has registered VAT invoice information.

- For insurance services: Please access the link here to declare invoice information immediately after purchasing the service. The insurance company will issue an invoice directly to you. The prescribed time for issuing invoices for insurance services is immediately after recording revenue. In case the request is sent after the date of issuance of the insurance contract, the Insurance Company will not be able to issue a VAT invoice for your transaction due to time restrictions according to current regulations of the tax authority.
