VAT Invoice Request

- If a customer purchases multiple booking references (PNRs), each booking reference must be registered separately, once per PNR.

- For air tickets and ancillary services: Customers must register their invoice information within 72 hours of successful payment. Invoices for air tickets and ancillary services will be issued within 05 days from the date the transportation document is successfully issued, provided that the customer has registered their VAT invoice information.

- For insurance services: Please access the link here to provide your invoice information immediately after purchasing the service. The insurance company will issue the invoice directly to you. The invoice for insurance services will be issued immediately after revenue is recognized. If the request is submitted after the insurance policy issuance date, the insurance company will not be able to issue a VAT invoice for your transaction due to the time limitations stipulated under the current regulations of the tax authorities.

- For eSIM services: Please access the link here to provide your invoice information immediately after purchasing the service. The VTC service provider will issue the invoice directly to you. The invoice for eSIM services will be issued immediately after revenue is recognized. If the request is submitted after the service provision date, VTC will not be able to issue a VAT invoice for your transaction due to the time limitations stipulated under the current regulations of the tax authorities. For eSIM transactions purchased from overseas markets, the service price may be displayed and paid in a foreign currency based on the system's automatically applied exchange rate. However, the electronic invoice will be issued in VND based on the price listed in Vietnam, rather than the foreign currency amount actually paid.
