Access the website: https://www.sunphuquocairways.com, go to the Booking tab and select:

• Departure and Destination
• One-way, Round-trip, or Multi-city
• Departure and Return Dates (if applicable)
• Number of passengers: Adults, Children, Infants
• Then search for flights.

If you have a promotion code, please enter it in the “Enter Promotion Code” field.

Select the appropriate fare class for your outbound and return flights by clicking on the selection box for Economy or Business class.

The list of flights is arranged by departure time from earliest to latest, with the lowest fare tagged for easy identification. For each fare class, the selection will display important information including: baggage details, change conditions, flight itinerary, refund, cancellation, and rebooking policies.

After selecting the suitable fare class, continue the booking process, or consider upgrading to a higher class with additional benefits.

Review all details of your itinerary, then click the "Enter Passenger Information" box to proceed to the next step.

Enter personal information. Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be completed accurately. You may enter your frequent flyer number to earn points after each trip.

Then click the "Confirm" button to proceed to the next step.

Select additional ancillary products useful for your flight journey, such as preferred seats, extra checked baggage, or Business class lounge access tickets.

Review all flight and passenger information and check the total cost, including taxes, fees, and surcharges.

Then click the "Continue" button. A summary page of the itinerary will appear. Select "Payment" to proceed to the next step.

Passengers should review their itinerary selections and choose a payment method.

You may pay immediately using a bank card, e-wallet, or choose the pay-later option.

For the pay-later option, select the “Manage Booking” tab on the website to complete payment after receiving your booking reference.

After completing payment, the system will book your reservation and display the Booking Confirmation screen.

You will receive a booking confirmation email at the registered email address. Please review the information on your ticket, including passenger details, itinerary, additional services, and payment details.

If you do not receive the e-ticket within 1 hour after successful payment, please visit the "Manage Booking" section on the website: www.sunphuquocairways.com, using your booking reference and last name to retrieve your e-ticket information, or contact our call center directly at 19001599 for assistance.

Once you receive your e-ticket, you may print it or store it on your mobile device. During check-in, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will require passengers to present the e-ticket for documentation purposes.
