Refund/cancellation

1. Ticket Refund with Fee

Fare classes eligible for refund under specific conditions.

2. Refund Fees

  • Apply the strictest conditions from the refund itinerary and the fee schedule issued by the Airline for each market.
  • Refundable amounts after deducting the ticket refund fee may include: ticket fare, taxes, and collected fees.
  • Non-refundable amounts if the refund request is initiated by the passenger: Ancillary services – not eligible for refund.

3. Refund Conditions

- Ticket is still valid

- Flight segments for which the refund is requested have not been used

  • Ticket purchased under refundable conditions.
  • For non-refundable tickets, only taxes and collected fees under the responsibility of the airline are refundable.

1. Tickets eligible for refund and cancellation at least 03 hours before departure

  • Refund will be processed after deducting ticket refund fees and non-refundable charges.
  • Ancillary services are non-refundable.

2. Tickets eligible for refund but not eligible for seat cancellation within 03 hours before departure

  • Both refund fees and no-show fees are applied. Refund will be processed after deducting no-show fees, ticket refund fees, and non-refundable charges.
  • Refund request must be made within 12 months from the original ticket issuance date.

3. Non-refundable tickets

  • Only taxes and collected fees are refundable. Passengers must visit the ticket office to process the refund.
  • Applicable: ticket office service fees.

4. Involuntary refunds by the airline (Cases excluded under Circular 14/2015/TT-BGTVT)

  • According to the airline’s irregular flight support policy.
  • Applicable refund: ticket fare, surcharges, collected fees; excludes ticket issuance fees and service fees.

  • Change fee: applied according to the current fee schedule of the Airline for each market and any fare difference (if applicable).
  • The new fare applied must be equal to or higher than the original purchased fare.
  • Change fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Applicable to tickets eligible for changes.
  • Fees are applied according to the strictest conditions of the change itinerary, per passenger/per change, with no limit on the number of changes as long as the ticket remains valid.
