• The boarding pass consists of two parts, one part is detached by staff at the boarding gate during boarding control. The remaining part is kept by the passenger so that upon boarding, the flight attendant can guide the passenger to the correct seat indicated on the pass.
• Information on the boarding pass includes: Passenger name, flight number, departure point, destination, seat number, class of service, date and time of flight, and boarding gate.

A flight ticket is a transport contract between the airline and the passenger, represented in the form of an electronic ticket (All passenger and itinerary information is stored in electronic data format).

Itinerary information displayed on the electronic ticket includes:

• Booking reference (PNR)
• Passenger information: Passenger name, electronic ticket number, invoice number
• Itinerary information: Outbound flight, return flight, date and time of flights, flight numbers, free baggage allowance
• Payment details: Fare for outbound flight, fare for return flight, total taxes and fees
• Important passenger information related to airline rules, regulations, and terms & conditions

Passengers may save their booking reference in the form of messages, images, handwritten notes, emails, etc.

During airport check-in, passengers must provide a booking reference matching the ticket stored in the system. Sun PhuQuoc Airways will print and issue the boarding pass to the passenger.

The base fare is the rate applied by Sun PhuQuoc Airways for transporting passengers from the departure airport to the final destination, excluding taxes, fees, and surcharges. The base fare varies depending on each flight segment.

Ticket issuance fees are calculated based on the point of departure.

For domestic flights of Sun PhuQuoc Airways, VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied. This is the tax rate regulated by the State.

The fare is calculated at the time of booking for the itinerary. Any changes to the itinerary or services requested by the passenger may result in changes to the applicable fare and other surcharges.

Airport taxes and fees are applied according to the regulations at each airport, including:

• Passenger service charge
• Security screening fee
