Noi Bai Airport has 2 runways for takeoff and landing: 11L/29R (1A) - 2,300m long, 45m wide, and 11R/29L (1B) - 3,800m long, 45m wide. The airport has two terminals: T1 (Domestic Terminal) and T2 (International Terminal), with a combined capacity of 25 million passengers per year.

• T1 Terminal: Domestic terminal with 4 floors equipped with full services and amenities. Specifically, floor 1 is the passenger reception and baggage claim area, floor 2 is the check-in and baggage drop area, floor 3 houses airport offices, and floor 4 includes facilities such as restaurants and souvenir shops.
• T2 Terminal: International terminal built with advanced systems and equipment across 4 floors. Floor 1 is the passenger reception area, floor 2 handles immigration procedures, floor 3 is the departure hall, and floor 4 accommodates the business class lounge and non-airline services.

• For Domestic Flights: Located in Hall A of T1 Terminal, counters A15 - A29 are for check-in, and counters A30 - A32 are for baggage drop for passengers who have checked in online (or completed check-in at the self-service kiosk).
