Airport Check-in

If you're flying with Sun PhuQuoc Airways, airport check-in is open from 2 hours to 40 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Upon arrival at the airport, passengers are kindly requested to follow the electronic displays in the terminal area to locate the check-in counter corresponding to their flight. Each airline does not have a separate dedicated check-in area. At the counter, ground staff will accept the booking code or flight ticket along with the passenger's identification documents and those of accompanying travelers. Checked baggage will be placed on the conveyor belt for weight verification and then transferred to the aircraft cargo hold.

After receiving the boarding pass, passengers are requested to proceed to the security checkpoint. Here, security personnel will instruct passengers to remove accessories such as watches, shoes, hats, belts, handbags, etc., and place them in separate trays for X-ray screening. Afterwards, passengers will pass through the security gate as directed.

After completing pre-flight procedures such as security, customs, and immigration checks (if applicable), passengers are required to be at the boarding gate at least 30 to 40 minutes before departure.

While waiting, Business class passengers or those who have purchased a lounge voucher may relax and enjoy the facilities at the Sun PhuQuoc Airways Business Lounge.

Note: If a passenger has not arrived at the boarding gate 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will proceed with relevant procedures regarding the passenger's failure to board the flight.

Once on board, passengers are kindly requested to check the seat number printed on their boarding pass to locate their assigned seat. Typically, the seat number is marked with a letter (row) and a number (column) to facilitate easier identification.

After confirming the correct seat, passengers should stow hand luggage, backpacks, or small suitcases in the overhead compartment and securely close the compartment door. Please remain seated, fasten your seatbelt, and stay in your assigned seat until the aircraft has taken off.
