The Sun Signature Loyalty Program is now officially launched, opening the door to a wide range of exclusive privileges and rewards for Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ loyal members.
To ensure every member enjoys their full benefits, Sun Signature is relaunching the “Snap Boarding Pass – Reward in Hand” campaign. Under this program, eligible flights completed before the official launch of Sun Signature can still be accrued to your membership account.
- For flights completed on or after June 13, 2026: Reward Points will be accrued automatically once you register as a Sun Signature member via the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile app and use your membership account when making your booking.
- For flights completed before June 13, 2026: Please submit your flight information through the online form on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website for verification and retroactive Reward Points accruing.
1. Conditions for Retroactive Points Accrual
Effective Date: Applicable to all flights departing from 01/11/2025 to 12/06/2026.
Conditions for Successful Points Accrual: To ensure your reward points are properly credited for flights taken during this period, please kindly note the following:
- Document Retention: Please keep your Boarding Pass and Ticket Invoice/E-ticket for all completed flights until the points have been successfully credited to your account.
- Register and Verify Your Account:
+ Sign up for a Sun Signature Membership account.
+ Complete account verification.
+ Fill out the form to provide your flight information.
+ Sun Signature will check the validity and credit reward points for eligible flights.
Processing Time: Eligible submissions will be processed within 10 working days from the date all valid information is received.
Exclusions:
- The Retroactive Mileage Claim does not apply to award tickets, complimentary tickets (ID/AD), expired tickets, special promotional fares, group fares, low-cost bundled fares, staff tickets, or travel agent tickets.
- Economy Lite class is eligible to earn Reward Points only and is not eligible to earn Tier Points.
2. Reward Points Calculation for Flights Completed Before June 13, 2026
Your accrued points will be calculated automatically based on the Ticketed Point Mileage (TPM) combined with the Booking Class Multiplier applicable at the time of travel.

Tier Points = Ticketed Point Mileage (TPM) × Tier Point Multiplier
