III. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure your benefits, please note the following:

1. Discount value: Applicable to base fare only, excluding taxes, fees, and surcharges.

2. Participation limit: Each customer (corresponding to one email address) may participate only once.

3. Code usage: Each discount code (Unique Code) is valid for one-time use only.

4. Validity: Any payment, ticket issuance, or booking change made after the program period will render the discount code invalid.
