Sun PhuQuoc Airways will soon introduce its Frequent Flyer Program, offering a range of exclusive privileges and attractive benefits for passengers who have experienced our services. To ensure you don’t miss out on rewards for flights taken before the program is officially launched, we are implementing an early points-accrual policy starting today. Your points will be automatically recorded and credited to your membership account as soon as the program goes live. 

Below are the detailed guidelines and regulations for accruing points: 

1) EFFECTIVE PERIOD AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

- Effective Date: Applicable to all flights departing from November 1st, 2025.

- Points Accrual Method: Once the retroactive data is verified, the system will record it and automatically credit the points when the program launches. 

- Route Network: Applicable to all routes operated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways

- Eligible Fare Classes: All commercial fare classes*.

*Note: Points are not applicable for group tickets or combo tickets.  

2) CONDITIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL POINTS ACCRUAL

To ensure your reward points are properly credited for flights taken during this period, please kindly note the following: 

- Document Retention: Please keep your Boarding Pass and Ticket Invoice/E-ticket for all completed flights until the points have been successfully credited to your account.

- Information Consistency: The email address and phone number provided at the time of ticket purchase must match the information you use to register your Membership account. These will serve as your default identification details within Sun Group’s Loyalty ecosystem. (For tickets purchased through an agency, please remember to add your personal email and phone number to the booking code to ensure your member benefits)

- Account Verification: Once the program launches, please register as a member and verify your account to review the list of flights that have been automatically recorded by the system.

3) REGISTER NOW TO AVOID MISSING OUT ON YOUR REWARD POINTS

To ensure the system can accurately recognize and automatically credit the points for all flights you have taken since November 1st, 2025, please provide the required information in the form below:
