Sun Signature is relaunching its Tier Invitation Program, offering elite members of loyalty programs across the Global Alliance the opportunity to experience and enjoy the exclusive privileges offered by the Sun Group ecosystem.
This relaunch introduces an updated tier-invitation policy, with an expanded number of membership tiers and revised eligibility criteria, making the journey to join Sun Signature more seamless while ensuring that every member can begin their journey with a tier that appropriately reflects their status.
The program officially launches on 10 August 2026. We warmly invite you to join the community of 10 million Sun Signature members across the Sun Group ecosystem.
1. Program Period & Eligibility
Program Period: From 10/8/2026 to 31/12/2026
Eligible Members: All membership tiers of Loyalty Programs under the Global Alliance (*).
Tier Invitation Process: The system will review eligible profiles and assign the corresponding membership tier accordingly.
Processing Time: Within seven (07) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and Tet holidays).
(*) Note: This offer applies only to Loyalty Programs offering equivalent products and services.
2. Tier Invitation Eligibility Requirements
For Sun PhuQuoc Airways to provide the best service to members, aspiring members are kindly requested to meet the following criteria:

3. Tier Invitation Registration
To complete the tier invitation process, please download the Sun PhuQuoc Airways application and follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Download the Sun PhuQuoc Airways application
Step 2: Access the “Profile” section
Step 3: Tap “Create a new account”
Step 4: Follow the instructions to register an account
Step 5: After completing the registration, return to the “Profile” section
Step 6: Select “View Details”
Step 7: Select “Tier Invitation”
Step 8: Complete the required information on the registration form and wait for approval.
