Sun Signature officially launches on January 15, 2026. We warmly invite our valued members to join our sunlit community, as outlined below:

EFFECTIVE PERIOD AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION 

- Effective period: From January 15, 2026, until further notice

- Eligible customers: 02 highest membership tiers among loyalty programs in the market (*).

- Tier-invitation process: The system will review eligible profiles and assign corresponding membership tiers accordingly.

- Working time: Within five (05) business days.

* Note: This offer applies only for the program that has equivalent value products and services. 

TIER-INVITATION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

For Sun PhuQuoc Airways to provide the best service, aspiring members are kindly requested to meet the following criteria:

- Proof of membership tier: Provide images of your physical membership card and screenshots of the active card in the app (clearly showing the Member Name, Card Number, Card Tier, and Expiration Date) from the current Loyalty Program. 

- Flight experience: Complete one (01) flight with Sun PhuQuoc Airways in Economy Flex class or above and provide the corresponding boarding pass.

TIER-INVITATION REGISTRATION

For tier-invitation process, please download the Sun PhuQuoc Airways application and follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Download the Sun PhuQuoc application

Step 2: Access the “Profile” section

Step 3: Tap “Create a new account”

Step 4: Follow the instructions to register an account

Step 5: After completing the registration, return to the “Profile” section

Step 6: Select “Register” under SUN SIGNATURE to become a member of the frequent flyer program

Step 7: Complete the required information on the registration form and wait for approval.
