Payment method

You can pay using eligible international credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and JCB. Card information is protected in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.

Important Notice on Payment Card Verification

To protect your interests and ensure transaction security, Sun PhuQuoc Airways may randomly select certain transactions for verification of the payment card used to purchase tickets. If your transaction is selected for verification, please follow the instructions provided by Sun PhuQuoc Airways.

Card verification may be conducted via email, at official Sun PhuQuoc Airways ticket offices, or at check-in counters designated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways at selected airports.

Depending on the verification requirements, the cardholder and/or passenger may be required to provide the following documents and information:

1. The international payment card used to purchase tickets through the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile app;

2. The cardholder’s national ID card or passport;

3. The passenger’s national ID card or passport (if the ticket was purchased on behalf of the passenger);

4. A card verification authorization letter (if applicable);

5. The electronic ticket (e-ticket);

6. Documentation issued by the card-issuing bank confirming successful payment (in certain special cases).

Pay conveniently using Alipay. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize and complete your payment.

Pay securely using WeChat Pay through the WeChat app. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your payment.

Pay using your UnionPay card. Enter your card details and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
