Sun PhuQuoc Airways accepts carriage of personal belongings as baggage that are necessary or suitable for wearing, use, comfort, or convenience for the passenger for the purpose of the trip; however, passengers must comply with the following packing conditions:
- Baggage must be intact, undamaged, and not deformed.
- The exterior surface of the baggage must not be torn, burst, or punctured.
- Baggage must not be overstuffed, which may increase the risk of tearing during transport.
- For baggage with zippers, all zippers must be closed and handles neatly stowed.
- For baggage with straps, the straps must be securely tied to minimize the risk of entanglement with conveyor belts, which could cause tearing or damage during transport.
- For suitcases, it is recommended to use luggage wrapping or plastic covering at the airport to reduce scratches.
- Clearly write the passenger’s full name, flight number, and contact phone number on the baggage tag provided at the check-in counter.
- For special items such as fish sauce, durian, jackfruit, etc., please refer to specific packing conditions for each type.
Each piece of baggage must be tagged with a baggage tag displaying the tag number, flight number, and passenger name.
