2. Program Terms and Conditions
To ensure the system successfully recognizes and automatically issues the privileges, passengers are kindly advised to review the following conditions and timelines:
- Booking Channels: Official website or mobile application (Mobile App) of Sun PhuQuoc Airways.
- Eligible Routes: Applicable to all round-trip domestic flights and round-trip international flights to or from Phu Quoc Island.
- Payment Method: Online payments made with Visa Signature or Visa Infinite cards issued outside of Vietnam.
- Note: Eligible cards refer to Visa Signature or Visa Infinite cards issued by financial institutions/banks outside of Vietnam. Transactions made with cards issued within Vietnam do not qualify for this offer.
- Minimum Transaction Value: The total payment amount displayed on the invoice must be from 5,000,000 VND onwards, inclusive of taxes and fees.
- Travel Period: Applicable for flights departing on or before 30 September 2026.
+ Booking Window: Valid from July 21, 2026, up to and including September 30, 2026.
+ Flight Period: Valid from after 8:00 AM on July 22, 2026, until September 30, 2026.
- Exclusion Conditions: The program does not apply to passengers booking and departing on the same day, or passengers traveling on flights departing before 08:00 AM the following day from the ticket issuance time.
- Voucher Delivery: After successful ticket issuance, electronic lounge vouchers will be automatically sent to the passenger’s registered email address within T+1 (24 business hours).

4. Voucher Usage Policy and Additional Regulations
Validity & Usage: Each voucher grants access for one guest per single use only (Sky Priority service & airport lounge access). Vouchers are personalized based on the specific itinerary and booking reference, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All vouchers remain valid until 30 September 2026.

Lounge Duration: Standard lounge access is limited to a maximum of 03 hours. In cases of flight schedule changes resulting in extended lounge usage beyond 03 hours and 01 minute, passengers will be charged 100% of the prevailing public rate for each additional 03-hour block.
