This section applies specifically to the booking engine available on this website. When using Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ online booking engine to make a reservation, you accept the present Conditions of Online Booking. If this is not your intention and/or you disagree with any part of these applicable terms and conditions, do not use Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ online booking facility.
The following terms and conditions apply to the online flight ticket purchase function on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways Website and Mobile Application. By using the online booking and ticket purchase function, passengers are deemed to accept and comply with the terms and conditions posted on the Website and Mobile Application, including but not limited to the Terms of Use, Conditions of Carriage, and Personal Information Privacy Policy.
If you do not intend to purchase a flight ticket online or do not agree with any terms or conditions posted on the Website and Mobile Application, please do not continue to use this function.
The online flight ticket purchase function allows passengers to search for information and complete the purchase of services in a valid manner in accordance with applicable laws. However, if this function is abused, Sun PhuQuoc Airways reserves the right to deny access and cancel transactions without prior notice.
The online ticket purchase function is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Passengers are not permitted to modify, copy, reproduce, publish, sublicense, create links, transfer, or conduct any unlawful business using information, software, products, or services obtained from the online ticket purchase function, nor use this function to support illegal or unlawful business activities.
Passengers must affirm and guarantee that they have the legal capacity to act under civil law to perform actions related to the use of this function. Passengers are fully responsible for their actions and legal capacity regarding the use of the online flight ticket purchase function, whether by themselves or by any individual or organization using their name and account to pay for services. Passengers are fully responsible for any transactions made in their name or via accounts registered by them. Passengers must ensure that all information provided when using this function is correct, accurate, and truthful. All transactions arising from a passenger's account are considered carried out and fully the responsibility of the passenger.
Before proceeding with booking, passengers are requested to carefully read and acknowledge their acceptance of Sun PhuQuoc Airways' Personal Information Privacy Policy. The collection, processing, and storage of passengers' personal information will only be carried out with the passenger's consent and in full compliance with current legal regulations.
- When purchasing tickets, passengers must provide their full name as shown on identification documents, date of birth of the passenger, and other personal information as required by authorities and relevant carriers for the journey.
- Passengers can book for a maximum of 9 passengers (excluding infants under 2 years old) per transaction.
- Infants: From 14 days to under 2 years old, calculated as of the departure date of each flight segment.
- Children: From 2 to under 12 years old, calculated as of the departure date of the first flight segment of the journey.
- Adults: From 12 years old and above, calculated as of the departure date of the first flight segment of the journey.
- Children must be booked to travel with a parent/guardian or authorized person.
When booking tickets on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile application, the number of children allowed per accompanying adult passenger is as follows:
- One infant under 2 years old and/or one child from 2 to under 12 years old.
- Two children from 2 to under 12 years old.
If the number of children booked with one adult passenger exceeds the standards above, passengers should contact the Sun PhuQuoc Airways ticket office for assistance.
- Infants under 2 years old do not occupy a seat and are charged 10% of the applicable adult fare.
- Infants under 2 years old are NOT allowed to have a separate seat.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old are charged 75% of the applicable adult fare for domestic flights in Vietnam and 75% of the adult fare for international flights.
- Children under 12 traveling alone must have a Liability Waiver signed by their legal representative and submitted to the airline.
- Online booking is subject to availability. Fares displayed on the Website and Mobile Application apply only to transactions made via these platforms, in accordance with the Fare Rules and other regulations of Sun PhuQuoc Airways.
- A booking is not guaranteed until payment is successfully completed.
The total amount paid includes all taxes and airport fees for the entire itinerary.
Sun PhuQuoc Airways is not responsible for any charges that may arise according to the issuing bank’s policy or any fees that may be applied directly by the airport to passengers.
Passengers may be required to present their international payment card at the airport along with identification documents, or they may verify in advance at Sun PhuQuoc Airways ticket offices. Passengers must follow the instructions of airline staff at the airport and ticket offices.
When changing a booking, itinerary, or any information on the ticket, Sun PhuQuoc Airways requires the presentation of the payment card and the cardholder’s citizen ID, identity card, or passport.
In the case of selecting the "Pay Later" option, passengers must comply with the payment requirements clearly stated in their booking information.
If passengers do not receive a flight ticket notification email from Sun PhuQuoc Airways at no-reply@sunphuquocairways.com within 30 minutes after successful payment, please contact the Sun PhuQuoc Airways Online Ticketing Support Department at 19001599, or email 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com, or contact a Sun PhuQuoc Airways branch for assistance.
To request a refund for tickets purchased on the website sunphuquocairways.com, passengers should carefully check the ticket refund conditions. If the fare rules allow a refund, please send your ticket number to the email 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com or contact a Sun PhuQuoc Airways branch for assistance.
For tickets paid directly at the bank counter, passengers should contact Sun PhuQuoc Airways branches or ticket offices to process the refund.
To change a booking or itinerary for tickets purchased on sunphuquocairways.com, passengers can do so directly via the "Manage Booking" section on the website or contact the Online Ticketing Support Department via email 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com or a Sun PhuQuoc Airways branch for assistance. Booking or itinerary changes are subject to the applicable fare conditions.
In the event that Sun PhuQuoc Airways changes the flight schedule, passengers will be notified via the email address registered when purchasing tickets on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website. Passengers are advised to check the flight schedule on the website within 24 hours before departure for updates.
When taking a flight operated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways, passengers must comply with the Sun PhuQuoc Airways Conditions of Carriage applicable to the transportation of passengers, baggage, and cargo. Passengers can refer to the Conditions of Carriage on this website.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the required travel documents for immigration procedures, including passports and visas, in accordance with the regulations of the countries involved in their itinerary.
- Passengers are not allowed to:
- Use the online flight ticket booking function to make illegal reservations, hold fictitious bookings, or provide false or misleading information.
- Use the online flight ticket booking function for unlawful purposes; or engage in any actions that obstruct others’ access to or use of this service, including but not limited to using automated tools, interfering software, or any form of technical fraud.
- Use the online flight ticket booking function for commercial purposes related to ticket resale.
- Sun PhuQuoc Airways reserves the right to refuse service requests, cancel transactions, or suspend accounts without prior notice if it detects or has reasonable grounds to believe that a passenger is violating, or may violate, the above terms of use.
