1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to the online flight ticket purchase function on the Website and Mobile Application of Sun PhuQuoc Airways. By using the online booking and ticket purchasing functions, the customer is deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions published on the Website and Mobile Application, including but not limited to the Terms of Use, Conditions of Carriage, and the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

If you do not intend to purchase flight tickets online or do not agree with any of the terms and conditions published on the Website and Mobile Application, please refrain from using this function.

2. Conditions of Use for the Online Flight Ticket Purchase Function

The online flight ticket purchase function allows users to search for information and validly complete the purchase of services in accordance with applicable laws. However, in the event of misuse of this function, Sun PhuQuoc Airways reserves the right to deny access and cancel any transactions without prior notice.

The online ticket purchase function is provided solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Customers are not permitted to modify, copy, reproduce, publish, sublicense, create links to, transfer, or engage in any business derived from the information, software, products, or services obtained from this function, nor use it for any illegal or unauthorized business activities.

The customer must confirm and warrant that they have full civil capacity under the law to perform acts related to the use of this function. The customer is fully responsible under applicable laws for their actions and capacity when using the online flight ticket purchase function, whether personally or through any individual or organization using the customer's name or account for payment. The customer is solely responsible for all transactions made under their name or registered account. The customer must ensure that all information provided during use of this function is accurate, complete, and truthful. All transactions arising from the customer's account are deemed to be made by the customer and under their responsibility.

Before making a booking, the customer should carefully read and confirm acceptance of Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ Personal Data Privacy Policy. The collection, processing, and storage of customers’ personal information shall only be conducted with their consent and in full compliance with applicable legal regulations.

3. Booking Regulations

a. When purchasing tickets, the customer must provide the full name as stated on the identification document, date of birth of the passenger, and any other personal information required by authorities and relevant carriers involved in the itinerary.

b. Customers may book for up to nine (09) passengers (excluding infants under two years old) per transaction. - Infant: From 14 days to under 2 years of age as of the date of departure for each flight segment.

- Child: From 2 years to under 12 years of age as of the departure date of the first flight segment in the itinerary.

- Adult: From 12 years of age and above as of the departure date of the first flight segment in the itinerary.

c. Children must be booked to travel with their parent/guardian or an authorized accompanying person.

When purchasing tickets via the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile application, the number of children allowed per accompanying adult passenger is as follows:

- One infant under 2 years old and/or one child aged 2 to under 12 years.

- Two children aged 2 to under 12 years.

If the number of children accompanying one adult passenger exceeds the above standard, please contact a Sun PhuQuoc Airways ticket office for assistance.

d. Infants under 2 years old not occupying a separate seat are subject to a fare equivalent to 10% of the applicable adult fare.

e. Infants under 2 years old are NOT entitled to a separate seat.

f. Children aged 2 to under 12 years are subject to 75% of the applicable adult fare for both domestic and international itineraries.

g. Children under 12 years of age traveling alone must have a Waiver of Liability signed by their legal guardian and submitted to the carrier.

h. Online booking is subject to seat and fare availability. Fares displayed on the Website and Mobile Application apply exclusively to online transactions and must comply with the fare conditions and other regulations of Sun PhuQuoc Airways.

i. A customer’s booking is not guaranteed until full payment has been successfully completed.

4. Service Fare and Fees

The total payment amount includes taxes and airport charges for the entire journey.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways shall not be liable for any additional fees imposed by the issuing bank or any charges that may be directly applied by airports to passengers.

5. Verification Requirements for International Payment Cards

Customers may be required to present their international payment card along with identification documents at the airport or may complete card verification in advance at Sun PhuQuoc Airways ticket offices. Customers must comply with instructions given by airline staff at the airport or ticket office.

When making changes to bookings, itineraries, or ticket information, Sun PhuQuoc Airways requires presentation of the payment card and the cardholder’s Citizen ID, Identity Card, or Passport.

For “Pay Later” transactions, customers must comply with the post-payment requirements stated in their booking information.

6. Refunds, Itinerary Changes, and Assistance

If the customer does not receive an e-ticket confirmation email from Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ address no-reply@sunphuquocairways.com within 30 minutes after successful payment, please contact the Sun PhuQuoc Airways online ticketing support team via phone: 19001599, or email 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com, or visit any Sun PhuQuoc Airways branch for assistance.

To request a refund for tickets purchased on sunphuquocairways.com, please review the applicable refund conditions. If the fare conditions allow refunds, please send the ticket number to 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com or contact a Sun PhuQuoc Airways branch.

For tickets paid directly at bank counters, please contact Sun PhuQuoc Airways branches or ticket offices for refund procedures.

To change bookings or itineraries for tickets purchased on sunphuquocairways.com, customers may make the change directly via the “Manage Booking” section on the Website, or contact the online ticketing support team via 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com or any Sun PhuQuoc Airways branch. Booking and itinerary changes are subject to the applicable fare conditions.

In the event of schedule changes by Sun PhuQuoc Airways, customers will be notified via the registered email address provided at the time of ticket purchase. Customers are advised to check the flight schedule on sunphuquocairways.com within 24 hours prior to departure for updates.

7. Other Regulations

When traveling on flights operated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways, customers must comply with the airline’s Conditions of Carriage applicable to the transport of passengers, baggage, and cargo. Customers may review the Conditions of Carriage on this Website.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring possession of all valid documents required for immigration and customs clearance, including passports and visas, in accordance with regulations of the relevant countries included in the itinerary.

8. Prohibited Uses

a. Customers are not permitted to:

- Use the online ticket purchase function to make illegal bookings, dummy reservations, or bookings containing false or misleading information.

- Use the online ticket purchase function for unlawful purposes or perform any act that interferes with the access or use of this service by others, including but not limited to the use of automated tools, software interference, or technical fraud.

- Use the online ticket purchase function for ticket-selling business activities.

b. Sun PhuQuoc Airways reserves the right to refuse service requests, cancel transactions, or suspend customer accounts without prior notice if any violations or reasonable grounds for suspected violations of the above terms are detected.

9. Effectiveness and Amendments

These Terms and the Carrier’s Regulations may be amended or supplemented at any time. Any amendment or supplement to the Terms of Use for the online booking and ticket purchase function will be published on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways Website and Mobile Application.

No employee, agent, or representative of Sun PhuQuoc Airways is authorized to amend, modify, or waive any provision of these Terms of Use for the online booking and ticket purchase function.
