* For tickets purchased on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways Website/App
- To pay for ticket change fees and any fare difference, guests should:
+ Access the "Manage Booking" - "Change Flight" section on the airline's website.
- If unable to change the ticket by themselves, guests can contact the Customer Care Center at 19001599.
- To issue an electronic VAT invoice for the amount arising from the ticket change, passengers should visit the "Online Invoice Request" page, fill in the purchaser's name and tax code, click "Search"; then select the ticket(s) to issue an invoice for and click "Register".
* For tickets purchased through ticket offices or travel agents, guests should contact the place of purchase for assistance.
- For tickets purchased on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website/app, guests can contact the Customer Care Center at 19001599.
