No-show: refers to a passenger who has a confirmed ticket and seat on a flight but does not take that flight.

No-show fee: is the fee applied when a passenger does not fly and does not make changes/refund at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight as stated on the ticket.

• This fee applies independently of ticket change fees.

• Ticket classes without no-show conditions, in cases where the ticket allows refund or changes, the passenger must request a refund or make changes at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
