Noshow
No-show: refers to a passenger who has a confirmed ticket and seat on a flight but does not take that flight. No-show fee: is the fee applied when a passenger does not fly and does not make changes/refund at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight as stated on the ticket. This fee applies independently of ticket change fees. Ticket classes without no-show conditions, in cases where the ticket allows refund or changes, the passenger must request a refund or make changes at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Goshow
Go-show – same-day flight change at the airport: refers to a passenger who has a confirmed ticket and seat, arrives at the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time on the ticket, and requests to change to an earlier flight on the same day and itinerary. The new flight must have closed bookings (at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time of the new flight).
- The go-show fee is calculated based on the difference between the fare class of the passenger’s original booking and the highest fare on the flight being switched to.
- No no-show fee or change fee (if applicable) will be charged.
Late-coming
Passengers are considered late or missing their flight:
- Passenger arrives late at the check-in counter: When the passenger arrives at the check-in counter after it has closed for the scheduled departure time.
- Passenger arrives late at the boarding gate: When the passenger arrives at the boarding gate after it has been closed.
