Yes, passengers traveling with infants may bring milk, powdered milk, and baby food on board. These items are not subject to the usual liquid restrictions, but they may need to be presented separately during security screening. For convenience, please pack them carefully and prepare them for easy use throughout the flight.

Currently, for domestic-to-domestic connecting itineraries with a transfer point in Hanoi or Phu Quoc, checked baggage will be transferred to your final destination in accordance with the airline's policy. For connecting flights via other airports or international connecting itineraries, checked baggage will only be checked through to the transfer airport. You will need to collect your baggage and complete check-in procedures for your next flight.

Excess baggage is any checked baggage that exceeds the complimentary baggage allowance included with your ticket. Excess baggage charges are calculated based on the weight exceeding your ticket's free baggage allowance.
