Payment method

Passengers may choose to pay immediately using an international credit/debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Amex. Your card information is fully encrypted and secured according to the PCI DSS standard.

Note: To protect your rights, Sun PhuQuoc Airways may randomly request verification of the payment card used to purchase the ticket. If your transaction requires verification, please follow the provided instructions.

Card verification may be conducted via email, at official Sun PhuQuoc Airways ticket offices, or at designated check-in counters at certain airports. The cardholder information required for verification includes:

1. The international payment card used to purchase the ticket on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile app;

2. Cardholder's ID card or passport;

3. Passenger's ID card or passport (in case of third-party purchase);

4. Card verification authorization letter;

5. E-ticket;

6. Proof of successful payment transaction issued by the card-issuing bank (in certain special cases).

Passengers may pay for flight tickets and ancillary services through the KCP Payment Gateway, which supports popular payment methods available in South Korea.

After selecting KCP as the payment method, passengers will be redirected to the KCP payment page, where they can choose one of the following payment options:

a. WALLET:

Passengers can pay for flight tickets and ancillary services using one of the electronic wallets supported by KCP (e.g. KakaoPay, PAYCO, Samsung Pay).

After selecting the preferred e-wallet, the system will redirect passengers to the payment page or authentication window provided by the selected wallet service provider.

Depending on the selected e-wallet, passengers may be required to:

• Scan a QR code using the e-wallet application on their mobile device;
• Sign in to their e-wallet account;
• Confirm the transaction through the mobile application; or
• Complete other authentication procedures required by the wallet service provider.

Once the authentication process is successfully completed and the payment is approved, the system will automatically update the payment status and redirect passengers back to the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile application.

NOTE: The payment interface and authentication process may vary depending on the selected e-wallet and the policies of the respective service provider.

b. WEBPAY:

Passengers can pay for flight tickets and ancillary services through KCP WEBPAY, which supports various payment methods, including bank transfer (BankPay) and credit/debit cards issued by financial institutions in South Korea.

After selecting the preferred payment method, passengers will be redirected to the payment page provided by the relevant payment service provider to complete the transaction.

Depending on the selected payment method, passengers may be required to:

• Select a bank or card issuer;
• Sign in to their online banking or payment account;
• Enter the required card information; or
• Authenticate the transaction using SMS OTP, a banking application, a password, or other authentication methods required by the bank or card issuer.

Once the authentication process is successfully completed and the payment is approved, the system will automatically update the payment status and redirect passengers back to the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile application.

NOTE: The payment interface, authentication process, and payment steps may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

If the browser blocks pop-up windows, the system will display an error message requesting passengers to disable the pop-up blocker and try again.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways only accepts KCP payments for flight ticket and ancillary service transactions settled in KRW (South Korean Won) on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website and mobile application.
