Check-in time

Passengers may check in online from 24 hours up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

List of Airports Accepting Online Check-in

Online check-in for Sun PhuQuoc Airways flights is available only for departures from selected domestic and international airports, as listed below:

If you are departing from an airport that does not support online check-in, please proceed to the airport check-in counter to complete your check-in.

Important notes for passengers who have completed online check-in:

If you are not traveling with checked baggage, you may use your electronic boarding pass to proceed through security and go directly to the boarding gate (no need to visit the airport check-in counter).
If you have checked baggage or require assistance, please proceed to the Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter.

Notes

To ensure passengers receive the best possible support and benefits on our flights, online check-in is not available for the following cases:

Passengers requiring special services (except for special meal requests)
Passengers traveling with infants under 2 years old
Pregnant passengers
Each online check-in session is limited to a maximum of 9 passengers under the same booking reference. If a booking includes more than 9 passengers, please complete online check-in individually for each passenger.
If your booking meets all the above criteria but you are unable to complete online check-in, please contact your ticketing agent or our hotline at 19001599 for assistance.
If you have completed online check-in and pre-selected your seat, you may cancel your check-in under the “Check-in” section and update your travel plans via “Manager booking,” or contact our Customer Service Center at 19001599 or via email at 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com.
If multiple e-tickets exist for the same itinerary under one booking reference, please complete check-in at the airport.

Step 1. Complete online check-in procedures on Sun PhuQuoc Airways

Enter your booking reference (PNR) and passenger’s last name to look up flight information or complete online check-in and follow the standard check-in steps as usual.

Step 2. Biometric linking

After completing the check-in process, select the biometric linking feature.

Enter your Citizen ID number and agree to share data on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways application. The system will automatically redirect to VNeID.

Scan and verify your face following the instructions. Wait for the system to authenticate and transmit the information to the airport.

Once successful, the boarding pass will display an indicator showing that biometric linking has been completed.

Select “Biometric Linking”, enter personal information, and consent to share it with the airport

Consent to share information with Sun PhuQuoc Airways, perform facial scanning, and the boarding pass will be marked “Biometric linked” once the process is completed.

Step 3. Pass through security checkpoints and board the aircraft using facial recognition: Passengers scan their face at security checkpoints and boarding gates to board the aircraft.

Step 1. Go to the Sun PhuQuoc Airways homepage and select "Check-in".

Step 2. Enter the Booking Code and the Last Name of one of the passengers on the flight.

Step 3. On the Booking Details page, select the passenger's Name and choose the flight to check in, then click "Continue".

Step 4. The screen displays ICI regulations regarding passengers and baggage. Please read the information carefully, then click "Agree" and "Continue".
