Notice on Passenger Rights for Flights Departing from Thailand.

Flights operated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways (airline code 9G) and departing from Thailand on or after the Effective Date stated above.
Sun PhuQuoc Airways is committed to complying with the applicable regulations on the protection of passenger rights as prescribed by the competent authorities of the country of departure.
For flights operated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways and departing from Thailand, passenger rights in the event of flight disruptions shall be handled in accordance with Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No. 101, issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
The scope of application includes, but is not limited to, the following cases:
- Flight departure delay;
- Flight cancellation;
- Tarmac delay after passengers have boarded the aircraft;
- Denied boarding;
- Downgrading of service class compared to the ticketed class purchased by the passenger.
