2. Eligibility and How to Claim Your Ticket
Eligible flights: Domestic flights to Phu Quoc (PQC) operated by Sun PhuQuoc Airways.
- Booking period: 26 October – 7 November 2026.
- Travel period for flights to Phu Quoc: 1–30 November 2026.
Passengers must complete check-in for their flight to Phu Quoc before claiming their Kiss Bridge ticket.

- Step 1: Enter your booking details
Visit the Kiss Bridge ticket redemption page on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website. Enter your booking reference (PNR) or e-ticket number and the passenger’s surname.
- Step 2: Select eligible passengers
Select the passengers on your booking who are eligible to receive a complimentary Kiss Bridge ticket.
- Step 3: Enter your email address
Provide an email address to receive your Kiss Bridge ticket.

T is the date of your flight to Phu Quoc. In all cases, Kiss Bridge tickets must be used no later than 31 December 2026.
Using Your Kiss Bridge Ticket
Present your Kiss Bridge ticket at the entrance. If requested, please also present:
- Your Sun PhuQuoc Airways boarding pass: A printed or digital copy.
- Photo identification, such as a Vietnamese citizen ID card (CCCD), VNeID or passport: The original, a photocopy or a photograph.
Passenger details must match across the Kiss Bridge ticket, boarding pass and identification.
Kiss Bridge tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued.
