This section applies specifically to the booking engine available on this website. When using Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ online booking engine to make a reservation, you accept the present Conditions of Online Booking. If this is not your intention and/or you disagree with any part of these applicable terms and conditions, do not use Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ online booking facility. 

1. Conditions for Using the SPA Holidays Package Purchase Feature

a. The SPA Holidays package purchase feature assists passengers in searching for information and completing valid service package purchases. However, if this feature is used excessively or improperly, access or use may be denied.

b. Passengers must confirm and warrant that they are of legal age when using the SPA Holidays purchase feature, comply with the Terms of Use stated herein, and possess full legal authority and capacity to perform all actions related to this feature. Passengers accept financial responsibility for all activities conducted on the website and mobile application using their name or account. Passengers must manage the use of the SPA Holidays purchase feature through the registered account and ensure that all information provided by themselves or family members is true and accurate.

2. SPA Holidays Package Booking Regulations

a. Each SPA Holidays package booking can include up to 9 passengers (excluding infants) per transaction.

Adults: 12 years old and above as of the departure date of the first flight segment in the itinerary.

Children: From 2 to under 12 years old as of the departure date of the first flight segment in the itinerary.

Infants: From 14 days to under 2 years old (calculated as of the departure date of the first flight segment for itineraries operated entirely by Sun PhuQuoc Airways, or the departure date of the last flight segment for itineraries including other airlines). The number of infants is limited on each flight.

b. If a passenger’s flight arrives before 05:00 AM, the hotel service will be counted from the day prior to the flight’s arrival. If the flight arrives after 05:00 AM, the hotel service will be counted from the arrival day. Hotel check-in time is subject to each hotel’s policy and will be specified during the SPA Holidays purchase process.

c. The SPA Holidays package prices displayed on the Website and Mobile Application apply exclusively to purchases made on these platforms and are subject to flight and hotel availability.

d. Your SPA Holidays package will not be guaranteed until full payment has been successfully completed.

e. A confirmation email for your SPA Holidays package will be sent to the registered email address after successful payment. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes of payment, please contact Sun PhuQuoc Airways immediately at Care.holidays@sunphuquocairways.com for assistance.

3. Pricing and Fees Regulations

a. The total payment amount includes airfare, hotel accommodation, Sun World entrance tickets, access to Sun World Resort services (depending on the selected combo), and applicable taxes and passenger-related charges for the entire package.

b. However, certain airport taxes may not be included, as they must be collected directly at the airport by local authorities.

c. Depending on each hotel’s policy, passengers may be required to pay additional surcharges such as electricity, water, or local phone charges directly to the hotel.

d. Sun PhuQuoc Airways is based in Vietnam and is not responsible for any fees that may arise from the issuing bank’s policies when making transactions on Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ Website or Mobile Application. Please check with your card-issuing bank for detailed information.

e. Sun PhuQuoc Airways reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Prices exclude passport fees, visas, travel insurance, cribs, car seats, infant meals, airport transfers, porterage, tips, meals, processing fees, and other personal expenses unless otherwise noted. Special offers may be restricted, modified, or withdrawn at any time. These promotional offers hold no cash value and are non-refundable if unused. Airfares may vary depending on the specific departure date. Not all amenities listed for a particular hotel may be available in every room type. Sun PhuQuoc Airways reserves the right to rebook guests in hotels and room types of equivalent value if changes occur. Special requests will be forwarded to the hotel or service provider but cannot be guaranteed. Additional government departure taxes, destination fees, or travel card charges at your destination may apply and are not included in the SPA Holidays package price.

f. Some hotels require advance booking for airport transfer or resort pickup services before arrival. If you do not book these services through us, please arrange them at least 72 hours prior to departure to avoid service errors.

g. If you receive a quotation from us but do not confirm the booking immediately, we reserve the right to increase or decrease the price at any time before confirmation.

h. Airfare

Airfares are based on the lowest available fare applicable within your SPA Holidays package at the time of full payment. Changes to flights after ticket issuance may result in additional costs or may be non-changeable and non-refundable.

i. Baggage

Baggage allowance is subject to the fare type purchased in your package. Hand baggage allowance may also vary by airport. Please consult your travel agent or contact the relevant airport and airline before departure.

j. Please refer to Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ Conditions of Carriage and Baggage Policy available on the official Website.

4. Payment Card Verification Regulations

Sun PhuQuoc Airways only requires card verification for certain transactions. If your transaction is subject to verification, you will receive a request via the email address used for purchasing the ticket or directly from Sun PhuQuoc Airways staff at the airport. You must present the payment card, SPA Holidays package confirmation letter, and your passport (or national ID card/citizen ID) at the airport when requested.

When modifying a SPA Holidays package, the cardholder must present the payment card, SPA Holidays confirmation letter, and passport (or national ID/citizen ID) for verification at any Sun PhuQuoc Airways branch.

Failure to verify the payment card will result in service denial.

5. Regulations on Changing, Refunding, or Canceling SPA Holidays Packages at Customer’s Request

a. SPA Holidays Package Change Regulations

  • Applicable only for SPA Holidays packages with air ticket/hotel change conditions as stated on the website/application and confirmed in the Service Confirmation Voucher.
  • Changes apply to all passengers within the SPA Holidays package.
  • Not applicable for changes from one SPA Holidays package to another with a lower price.
  • Not applicable for changing to a different hotel or itinerary. If a different hotel or itinerary is desired, the original package must be refunded (if permitted) and a new package purchased.
  • The change fee for a SPA Holidays package will apply per service, including: (air ticket change fee, hotel fare difference, airfare difference, Sun World Park ticket difference (if applicable)).
  • In addition to the above fees, if the new package price is higher than the original, the passenger must pay the fare difference.
  • To complete the payment for change fees and fare differences, we will send a payment link to your registered email. Payment must be made within the timeframe stated in the email using the payment cards accepted by Sun PhuQuoc Airways.

b. SPA Holidays Package Refund Regulations

  • Applicable to SPA Holidays packages with refundable air tickets/hotels as indicated on the website/application and in the Service Confirmation Voucher.
    Applies only to unused air tickets and hotel bookings.
  • Refund fees apply per SPA Holidays package and include applicable air ticket and hotel refund charges.

6. Regulations on Changing, Refunding, or Canceling SPA Holidays Packages at Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ Request:

Sun PhuQuoc Airways reserves the right to change or cancel a passenger’s SPA Holidays package in the event that the scheduled flight cannot be operated or carriage is prohibited. The specific support policy for such changes/cancellations is as follows:

  • Same-day flight schedule change: We will make every effort to assist passengers in rebooking to another available flight within the same day as the original departure time (subject to seat availability). Hotel and Sun World services (if included) will remain unchanged.
  • Flight changed by 4 hours or more on the same day, or flight rescheduled to another day, or canceled without replacement while hotel booking remains refundable: We will assist in refunding the SPA Holidays package in accordance with the applicable refund conditions of each component.
  • Flight changed to another day and hotel booking remains changeable: We will assist in rebooking to another available flight within 72 hours of the original departure time (subject to seat and room availability). If additional hotel costs arise, the passenger must pay the price difference.
  • Flight changed to another day and hotel booking remains changeable but no hotel rooms are available matching the new flight schedule: We will assist in refunding the airfare and Sun World Park (if applicable) and allow the hotel booking to remain for use.
  • Flight changed to another day or canceled without replacement and hotel booking is non-refundable: We will assist in refunding the airfare and Sun World Park (if applicable) and allow the hotel stay to be retained for use.

When you purchase the SPA Holidays package and receive the Service Confirmation Letter, you simultaneously agree to comply with the Carriage Regulations of Sun PhuQuoc Airways.

1. General Conditions

a. Service Complaints: When you purchase the SPA Holidays package and receive the SPA Holidays Confirmation Letter, you are simultaneously entering into a hotel booking agreement. During your stay, any complaints related to hotel services must be reported directly to the hotel at the time the incident occurs. We are not responsible for any issues arising within the scope and capacity of the hotel’s handling if you have reported the matter in a timely manner to the hotel or service provider. Additionally, complaints must be reported to us within 28 days from the date of the incident. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.

b. Force Majeure: You acknowledge and agree that we are not the direct provider of hotel services. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable if your hotel services are disrupted due to force majeure events, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, flood, severe snowstorms, epidemics, explosions, strikes, riots, civil war, war, restrictions imposed by government or local authorities, or any similar events beyond the control of the hotel or other service providers.

2. Hotel Description Information

Hotel star ratings are not indicative of quality standards and do not necessarily reflect local government approval. Standards may vary across countries, and even within the same country, hotels with the same star rating may offer different levels of service.

Images, amenities, facilities, and descriptions on the Website and Mobile App provide general information about the hotel. We strive to ensure that the information regarding amenities, facilities, and descriptions is accurate and up-to-date. However, these details are provided by our travel agents, and we cannot guarantee their complete accuracy or timeliness. Images of different room types may not exactly reflect the room/bed type you have selected.

Hotel information is presented in English and some other languages; however, not all languages you may wish to select may be available.

3. Hotel Policies

a. Child Policy

If there is no specific option for children sharing a room, you must select a room for 3 guests and pay the rate for 3 adults.

When the “children sharing with adults” rate applies (for two adults and one child), it is valid for children aged 2-12 years (unless otherwise specified).

Choosing a room for accompanying children is not allowed if child age information is missing; in such cases, the 3-adult room rate will apply.

Cribs are only available for infants under 2 years old. Even if “Available” is displayed during booking, provision of a crib depends on availability at the time of check-in.

Some hotels do not provide extra beds for children, even if they are free or discounted, and may charge for children’s breakfast. If you require a separate bed for a child, you must select a 3-adult room and the children-sharing discount will not apply.

b. Surcharges and Deposits

If the hotel requires payment for energy surcharges, resort fees, or local telephone charges, you must pay directly to the hotel. All incidental costs must be settled directly with the hotel prior to departure. We are not responsible for any personal hotel charges incurred by you.

c. Special Requests and Other Regulations

Special requests such as non-smoking rooms, adjacent or connecting rooms will be forwarded to the hotel for confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be accommodated.

The hotel may undergo renovation during certain periods and will take all reasonable measures to minimize impact on your stay. Guests are not entitled to refunds due to hotel renovations during their stay.

If the room is booked under an incorrect guest name, you may be subject to penalties or service denial.

d. SPA Holidays Confirmation Letter

After successful payment of the SPA Holidays package, we will send you the SPA Holidays Confirmation Letter along with the Order Confirmation via the registered email address. You must carry the Order Confirmation throughout your journey to present at the airport and upon check-in at the hotel. Failure to present the Order Confirmation may result in denial of service.

Terms and conditions regarding changes, refunds, or cancellations of the SPA Holidays package are specified in the Order Confirmation.

a. Service Information: When purchasing the holiday package, Guests will receive tickets and related materials via email from Sun PhuQuoc Airways. All information regarding tickets, services, the Tourist Area, rules, and service usage instructions (collectively referred to as "Service Information") is mandatory and must be carefully reviewed by Guests before use.

b. Compliance with Tourist Area Rules: Guests are responsible for fully complying with all regulations and instructions posted at the Tourist Area and/or on Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ ticketing channels. Failure to comply may result in service denial or other unintended incidents.

c. Customer Support: During the use of services, if support is needed, Guests may contact the Sun PhuQuoc Airways hotline number provided on the ticketing channels or in the confirmation email.

d. Ticket Information Security: Guests are required to keep ticket information confidential upon receipt from Sun PhuQuoc Airways. Sun PhuQuoc Airways is not responsible for any ticket information leakage resulting from the Guest’s negligence.

e. Incident Handling and Complaints: In case of any incidents related to tickets or services, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will coordinate with relevant parties to handle the issue in a timely manner. If the fault lies with Sun PhuQuoc Airways, efforts will be made to resolve the matter promptly to protect the Guest's rights. Sun PhuQuoc Airways is only responsible for assisting with and resolving issues related to ticket usage. For complaints regarding service quality or other issues encountered while visiting or using services at the Tourist Area, Guests should contact the Tourist Area Management or the service provider directly.

f. Changes in Tourist Area Operating Schedule: In case of any changes to the operating schedule of the Tourist Area, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will promptly notify Guests. If there is a need to reschedule ticket usage, refund/cancel tickets, or apply other handling procedures, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will provide detailed guidance and assist according to regulations.
