5 Steps to Get and Install Your Free eSIM

Step 2: Enter your information Provide the required details, including your booking reference (PNR) or ticket number, passenger surname, and email address where you would like to receive your eSIM details.
Step 3: Complete eKYC verification
Once the system verifies your eligibility, you will be guided through the electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) process required by the network provider. Upon successful completion, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be sent directly to your email.
Step 4: Install your eSIM
You can install the eSIM either before or after your flight. Simply open the email, scan the QR code, and follow the instructions to install the eSIM on your phone. Alternatively, you can scan the eSIM QR code directly during the eKYC process.
Step 5: Activate your eSIM

Device Compatibility
Your phone must be an international/unlocked device that supports eSIM technology. To check whether your device supports eSIM, dial *#06# on your phone. If an EID is displayed, your device supports eSIM.

When Does the 24-Hour Validity Period Begin?
Installing the eSIM before your flight will NOT reduce the 24-hour validity period.

Registration Period
Passengers can register for the eSIM before their flight or after arriving in Vietnam, within:
