According to the regulations of the Vietnamese Government, Value Added Tax (VAT) invoices can only be issued within 72 hours after the transaction. You may obtain a VAT invoice using one of the following methods:

• Method 1: Send a request for a VAT invoice to the email address: 19001599@sunphuquocairways.com. Once your request is received, the electronic VAT invoice will be sent directly to the email address registered for your booking on the website, using your Booking Reference.
• Method 2: Access the link here and fill in the required information. You can also access this link from the Booking Confirmation page (after completing payment for your ticket and/or additional services on the website/mobile app) or from the "My Bookings" section.

*For tickets purchased through agents, the agent is responsible for issuing the invoice upon your request.

The current Value Added Tax (VAT) rate is 8%. If a passenger is charged a 10% tax on tickets or other services, please contact the Customer Service Center to arrange for a tax refund adjustment.

In all markets, passengers may purchase air tickets and ancillary services using Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or Amex cards. Additionally, depending on the market, Sun PhuQuoc Airways supports local payment methods including domestic ATM cards, VNPAY, and VietQR.

If you wish to hold the selected fare for review before completing payment, please select the Pay Later option and complete the payment via Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ designated post-payment channels.

Once your payment has been successfully completed, a confirmation email for your flight ticket and ancillary services will be sent to the email address provided in your Booking Reference. If you do not receive the email within 01 hour, please contact our Customer Service Center for assistance.

To complete your payment and have your ticket issued, you may choose from the following payment channels:

• Access the Manage Booking section on the website or mobile app, enter your Booking Reference to review your booking details and proceed with payment.
• Use electronic banking applications, ATMs, or visit the transaction counters of supported banks.

The fares displayed on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website and mobile app show the full amount payable by the passenger, including the ticket price, taxes, fees, and related surcharges.
