Passengers may choose to pay immediately using an international credit/debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Amex. Your card information is fully encrypted and secured according to the PCI DSS standard.

Note: To protect your rights, Sun PhuQuoc Airways may request verification of the payment card used to purchase the ticket randomly. If your transaction requires verification, please follow the provided instructions.

Card verification may be conducted via email, at official Sun PhuQuoc Airways ticket offices, or at designated check-in counters at certain airports. The cardholder information required for verification includes:

1. The international payment card used to purchase the ticket on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website or mobile app;

2. Cardholder's ID card or passport;

3. Passenger's ID card or passport (in case of third-party purchase);

4. Card verification authorization letter;

5. E-ticket;

6. Proof of successful payment transaction issued by the card-issuing bank (in certain special cases);

QR code scanning is a fast and convenient payment method. When choosing to pay via VietQR, passengers can use apps from nearly 40 Vietnamese banks and 5 e-wallet applications to scan the QR code and complete the transaction.

Passengers can pay for ticket purchases and ancillary services by scanning the VNPAY-QR code via e-wallet applications or Internet Banking. The passenger’s phone must be connected to the internet and registered for Internet Banking. Passengers should select the “Scan QR Code” function, point the phone camera at the QR code to be scanned, and enter the payment amount.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways only accepts VNPAY-QR payment for ticket purchases on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways Website and Mobile App, with the point of sale located in Vietnam.
