Passengers travelling by ferry:

Passengers using the Upstream Check-in (UCI) service from Macao or Mainland China to Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) for their onward Sun PhuQuoc Airways flight are required to present the following documents at the designated ferry terminal or coach station check-in counter:

- A valid ferry ticket or cross-boundary coach ticket.

- A valid air ticket with a confirmed booking on a Sun PhuQuoc Airways flight departing on the same day.

- A valid passport and any required visa(s) for entry into the final destination or the next destination.

- Passengers using the Upstream Check-in service at ferry terminals or coach stations in Mainland China or Macao are advised to arrive at the designated check-in counter at least 60 minutes before the scheduled ferry or coach departure time.

- Minimum Connecting Time (MCT), calculated from the scheduled arrival time of the ferry or coach at SkyPier Terminal to the scheduled departure time of the flight:

- UCI passengers: 80 minutes

- Non-UCI passengers, or passengers who need to pay excess baggage charges or check in oversized baggage at SkyPier Terminal: 110 minutes

- Please note: The Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter at SkyPier Terminal closes 110 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.

- Passengers are advised to select a ferry or coach service that arrives at SkyPier Terminal with sufficient time to meet the applicable minimum connecting time.

- The following services are not available at Upstream Check-in (UCI) counters. Passengers requiring these services should contact the Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter at SkyPier Terminal:

• Business Lounge Pass issuance.
• Wheelchair assistance (WCH).
• Excess baggage payment: Passengers should pay the applicable excess baggage charges at the Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter at SkyPier Terminal.
• Oversized baggage: Passengers are required to collect their oversized baggage at SkyPier Terminal and complete the baggage check-in process at the Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter.

- The following services are only available at the Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counters in Terminal 1 of Hong Kong International Airport and are not available at either the UCI counters or the SkyPier Terminal check-in counter:

• Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service.
• Last-minute ticket purchase and extra seat purchase.
