Special Services
Sun PhuQuoc Airways provides the following services for passengers with limited mobility:
1. Services for hearing-impaired passengers: Assistance for passengers who are partially or completely deaf, have difficulty communicating, or accessing information.
2. Services for visually impaired passengers: Assistance for passengers with partial or total vision loss who require special support.
3. Services for passengers using wheelchairs: Support for passengers with mobility difficulties.
Passengers can access these services in the following ways:
Method 1: During the ticket purchase process on the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website.
Method 2: After issuing the ticket, passengers can visit the Sun PhuQuoc Airways website, go to “Manage Booking” - “Add-on Services” - “Special Services”.
Method 3: Contact a ticket office or the Customer Care Center at 19001599 at least 24 hours before departure.
To ensure safety, Sun PhuQuoc Airways limits the number of hearing-impaired passengers who can be confirmed for services on each flight.
If passengers bring guide/support dogs on board, please notify in advance and book the Animal Transport Support Service.
