Passengers with food allergies
Passengers with severe food allergies are requested to note the type of food allergy when pre-ordering a special meal on a Sun PhuQuoc Airways flight or to inform our ground staff/cabin crew.
Passengers with severe food allergies may consider the following preventive measures if they are concerned about potential exposure to allergens:
- Bring their own food.
- Wear a medical alert bracelet.
- Carry allergy medication, epinephrine auto-injectors, or other prescribed medications and ensure they are readily available for use.
However, some flight routes may not allow passengers to bring their own food due to regulations at the destination. Passengers should carefully check all relevant customs and quarantine information at the airport before bringing food onboard.
