13.1. Unless otherwise specified by Us, We do not operate, maintain, or provide any ground transportation services between airports or between an airport and any other location. We shall not be liable for the operation of such services provided by other operators, even in cases where Our employees or agents assist Passengers in using such services.

13.2. If We arrange for a Passenger to receive any services from a third party that are not air transport services, including but not limited to ground, rail, or maritime transportation, or if We issue a ticket or service voucher relating to such transportation or services (other than air carriage) provided by a third party — for example, hotel reservations or car rentals — this shall be deemed to mean that We act solely as an agent for the Passenger in dealing with such third party. The terms and conditions of the relevant third-party service provider shall apply, and We shall have no liability whatsoever to the Passenger in respect of such services, including any decision by the third-party provider to cancel or refuse to provide services to the Passenger, except where such liability arises directly from Our fault.

13.3. If We provide road, rail, or sea transport services directly to the Passenger, other specific conditions may apply to such transportation.

13.4. The Passenger shall bear all costs and expenses other than those included in the Service Fare.
