18.1. This Conditions of Carriage and the Carrier’s Regulations may be amended or supplemented at any time. Any amendment or supplement to this Conditions of Carriage shall be duly registered with the Competent Authority and published on Our Website and Mobile Application immediately after receiving approval from such Authority. This Conditions of Carriage shall take effect three (03) days from the date of publication.

18.2. This Conditions of Carriage shall apply to journeys operated from 1 November 2025, in accordance with the provisions and validity of the applicable Convention.

18.3. No employee, servant, or agent of Ours has the authority to alter, modify, or waive any provision of this Conditions of Carriage.
