If your fare conditions allow a refund and you wish to proceed, please follow these steps:

- Contact our Customer Care Center at 19001599.

- After receiving your request, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will send a refund confirmation to the email address used for booking and process the refund to the passenger’s card-issuing bank within 15 business days.

The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the regulations of your card-issuing bank.
