- To pay for ticket change fees and any fare difference, guests should:

- To issue an electronic VAT invoice for the amount arising from the ticket change, passengers should visit the "Online Invoice Request" page, fill in the purchaser's name and tax code, click "Search"; then select the ticket(s) to issue an invoice for and click "Register".
